1.If the products on the list have registration/authorization requirements, the target countries/regions that the goods can be sold to specifically refer to the countries/regions where the products have been registered/authorized. A list of specific countries/regions available for sale can be obtained from the sales staff.
2.All products on the list are available only to countries/regions where there is no vaild patent protection.
3.PQQ qualifies as novel food supplement under the EU Novel Food Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2015/2283 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015) and requires prior authorization from the EU Commission or competent national Food Authorities. As such, PQQ is not currently marketable in the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland or the United Kingdom.
